信心是梦想的翅膀~~Confidence, the Wings of your Dream!

FYP接近尾声了,还有些小小的不如意的地方,应该还来的及改正吧.

 

最初接这个FYP的时候有点出于无奈,想早半年完成学业所以有空的Prof很少.结果选了个和Finance几乎没有关系的Topic.看上去简单,其实缺很复杂而且可以延伸到很深层的课题.当然我是没那个能力和时间的了.不过做的过程其实是很让我兴奋的,特别是在完成了某个关键证明的突破的时候心情那个爽朗.把一个假期的成果拿给Prof看的时候,他说东西太杂太多了,当然问题也很多.要把所有的内容放上去再把问题都解决.用prof的话说那不是一个FYP可以写清楚的事,估计要出本书咯只好砍掉很多内容咯,心里那个痛啊.

Don’t let your life slip through your fingers by living in the past or for the future. By living your life one day at a time, you live ALL the days of your life.

Don’t give up when you still have something to give. Nothing is really over until the moment you stop trying.

Don’t be afraid to admit that you are less than perfect. It is this fragile thread that binds us to each together.

Don’t be afraid to encounter risks. It is by taking chances that we learn how to be brave.

Don’t shut love out of your life by saying it’s impossible to find. The quickest way to receive love is to give it; the fastest way to lose love is to hold it too tightly; and the best way to keep love is to give it wings.

Don’t run through life so fast that you forget not only where you’ve been, but also where you are going.

Don’t forget, a person’s greatest emotional need is to feel appreciated.

Don’t be afraid to learn. Knowledge is weightless, a treasure you can always carry easily.

Don’t use time or words carelessly. Neither can be retrieved.

Life is not a race, but a journey to be savored each step of the way.

     FYP(Final Year Project)的Mid-term progress report终于在周五过关了,尽管有些问题有些刁钻,我的supervisor和examiner还算是很友好和幽默的,让我的呈现的时候放松了许多.下一关就是First Draft, 5 weeks to go, oh yeh.

 

     今天一大早就跑去新改版的Botanic Garden(植物园)了,照了很多胡姬花的照片.从小就比较喜欢兰花,而喜欢胡姬则主要是因为它的不对称性(数学角度?),就是心情好什么事都想做.要不就算再喜欢也不会疯跑去看花的.FYP,过后就要开始准备Actuary的考试了,人生的一大目标啊......嘿嘿

      终于考完咯(没考完的别打我).3天解决4门,不过这阵势早就习惯了,每个semester都是这样.准备准备就回家了,心中对假期有好多计划哦,要是都能实现就好了......

      也不知道家里的小狗还记不记得我了,才2个月大我就走了,算算现在也该快满一岁了......

      算算我有些什么:

      满脑子不知道什么有用什么没用的知识

      想想我还要些什么:

      车子,房子,票子,女人......

      总结下:要争取的东西,好象还有很多很多哦,不努力不行啊!

南方航空公司已经恢复往返于新加坡与沈阳(经广州)的航班,回家又顺畅了很多.还有40几天就可以回家了,兴奋中......
